At HAP FATT, quality control is our highest priority. Every seafood delivery undergoes a thorough inspection, including a visual check and temperature measurement. The fresh products are then transferred to our refrigerated coolers, where the temperature is continuously monitored to ensure optimal conditions. We also keep our ice machine running at all times, allowing us to add fresh ice to every new batch of stock.
